About OPEIU

The IFES Staff Union is represented by the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU) Local 2. OPIEU is a founding member of the Nonprofit Employees United (NEU) initiative. Through NEU, OPEIU supports thousands of nonprofit workers across the country. OPEIU Local 2 is dedicated to representing nonprofit professionals across DC, Maryland, and Virginia including but not limited to the National Democratic Institute, Solidarity Center, Partners Global, National Endowment for Democracy, Planned Parenthood, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
